Jonathan Cohen relocated with his family across the country to Birmingham in 2017. He oversees all aspects of the RealtySouth Relocation Services division. Having worked within the industry for close to 30 years, he absolutely loves everything about employee relocation and organization mobility. Commitment to care and excellent service are always two of his top priorities. He makes sure these are supported within the relocation department and with all our relocation-trained Agents. Jonathan is originally from Maryland and attended the University of Maryland in College Park. He has personally relocated more than 15 times and has lived in 8 states. Out of everywhere he’s lived, he loves Birmingham the most. Luckily for him, so do his wife and kids!

After graduating from the University of Alabama with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Communications, Tia jumped into her first role right in the heart of Birmingham. She started out in real estate, helping agents with their social media and marketing campaigns. Along the way, she sharpened her skills and built some great relationships in the industry. Tia brings a fun and creative energy to everything she does, especially when it comes to working with her partners. While she hasn’t had to make a big move herself, she completely understands the emotions, excitement, nerves, and responsibility that come with relocating. A transplant herself, Kristen officially relocated to Birmingham in 2019. She grew up a Louisville, KY native and eventually graduated from Samford University. While completing her Bachelor's Degree at Samford, she fell in love with the area and decided to make it her permanent home. With a background in communications and marketing, Kristen brings to the team excellent client service and great communication skills to ensure her clients receive the best experience possible.
